If you’ve ever worked with a para, you know just how incredible they are. They are the true backbone of the classroom, providing unwavering support to students, teachers, and anyone who needs a little extra help to succeed. From assisting with academic lessons to providing emotional support, paras make a world of difference.
So today, I just want to take a moment to celebrate the paras and all the amazing work they do. Here’s why I think paras in schools deserve all the credit in the world!

In classrooms, especially those with students who have special needs, consistency is key. Paras are often the steady presence that kids rely on. They’re there every day, helping to keep routines stable and ensuring that kids feel comfortable in their learning environments.
